We followed the invitation of the highly committed StudentCare team at Zeppelin University Friedrichshafen. According to their own statements, the team’s offer is based on the theoretical concept of “self-compassion” according to the psychologist Dr. Kristin Neff. The implementation of “self-compassionate thinking” combines the promotion of the elements self-love, cohesion and mindfulness. Accordingly, StudentCare strives with its projects to offer students the opportunity to practice being mindful of their own mental stress, to practice self-love and to be able to openly exchange ideas about mental health issues. We are very pleased to have provided a space for open exchange with “Mal gut, mehr schlecht.”
