“Some good, more bad.” on spring tour 2023
We were invited to Magdeburg, Schwetzingen and Reichelsheim with our lecture series. All three organizers had a common background this time: self-help. Accordingly, there were many people in the audience who could report how supportive and strengthening they found participating in such a group – whether they were depressed themselves or as relatives. In addition to the valuable feeling of belonging, the topic of the “authority jungle” was raised several times. Here, too, the members of the groups support each other in a helpful way by exchanging tips and insights with each other.
