The telephone counseling website says: “The offer is there for everyone, for old and young people, professionals, housewives, trainees or pensioners, for people of all religious communities and also for people who do not belong to a church. Around one million calls are made every year, free of charge and around the clock. Because worries weigh heavily and they are not based on daily or opening times. We have an open ear for this, even in the middle of the night. The volunteers are aware of their responsible job and take your call seriously – whether it’s at eight in the morning or at midnight.” Those responsible also take the well-founded training of their employees seriously. It was an honor for us to be able to offer a further training course on the subject of depression for the employees of the Konstanz telephone counseling service with “Mal gut, mehr schlecht.”
