Self-help at Lake Constance

“A support group is a group of people outside their everyday relationships (such as family or friendship) who are affected by the same problem and who meet regularly to support each other.”

As described by NAKOS, the national contact and information point for the encouragement and support of self-help groups.

Self-help is also an important pillar in dealing with depression. Participation in a self-help group can have a relieving and strengthening effect on both those affected and their relatives.

The existing, numerous offerings of such groups in the southwest of Baden-Württemberg confirm this. Three self-help contact points in this – also scenically beautiful – region have invited us.

A framework for our events that was characterized by the high level of personal commitment of the organizing teams. Thank you very much again from our side.
